THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18747 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeli Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent authorities will issue notice to the petitioner herein and proceed in accordance with law.

Recording the above statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Till the said exercise attains finality, status quo granted earlier, by this Court, shall continue to operate. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
