HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22162 & 22243 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER :

These petitions are filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in fixing the final cost of the houses without following the norms enumerated in G.O.Ms.No.35, Transport, Roads and Buildings (R.I) Department, dated 30.01.2009 and against the terms and conditions stipulated in the agreements which are executed by and between the petitioners and the Board while allotting the said houses in Phase V of Housing Board Colony, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present writ petitions are covered by the judgment dated 22.06.2016 in W.P.No.574 of 2015 and batch the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Housing Board.

For the reasons alike, these writ petition are also dismissed in terms of the judgment dated 22.06.2016 in W.P.No.574 of 2015 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.

A copy of the judgment in W.P.No.574 of 2015 and batch dated 22.06.2016 is to be annexed to this order.
