This Criminal Revision Case under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1 having been aggrieved of the judgment of dismissal dated 18.12.2006 passed in Criminal Appeal No.14 of 2001 by the learned X Additional District and Sessions Judge ( Fast Track Court), Guntur at Narasaraopet.

Since there was no representation on 13.02.2015 for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal", the petitioner is not present.

3. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
