When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 that the matter has been settled out of Court between the parties and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
