THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38466 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to call for records in Crime No.162 of 2016 and to quash the same.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 4 to 6 lodged a complaint against the petitioners before the 3rd respondent, which was registered as Crime No.162 of 2016, alleging that the respondents 4 to 6 have applied for sanction of loan from the Gonumakulapalle Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society and loan was sanctioned, but the 1st petitioner has demanded amount for withdrawal of the sanctioned amount and it is further alleged that when the respondents 4 to 6 made a complaint with the District Co-operative Bank, Kamalapuram Branch, they stated that petitioners 2 and 3 also demanded amount and hence, respondents 4 to 6 did not withdraw the sanctioned amount.

Considering the grievance of the petitioners, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.162 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioners. The petitioners are directed to report before the 3rd respondent as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO,J Date: 9th November, 2016 KL
