This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner assailing the order, dated 19.03.2014, of the learned III Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.11 of 2013 in R.C.No.84 of 2010. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that as per the information furnished by the learned III Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, the aforestated RC itself was disposed of on 24.09.2014.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
