This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 27-09-2013 in I.A.No.1746 of 2013 in LGOP.No.639 of 2006 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable against the impugned order.

In the circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to her under the law.

The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner for taking appropriate steps by the petitioner. ___________________________
