THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI SECOND APPEAL No. 675 of 1998 JUDGMENT:- As there was no representation for both sides on 05.06.2015, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" today.
2. The appeal against the first respondent was already dismissed for default vide order, dated 03.01.2012, of this Court.
3. In spite of listing the matter under the caption "for Dismissal", there is no representation for both the sides even today.
4. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
