This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner/wife, requesting to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.122 of 201,8 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem and transfer the same to the file of II Additional District Judgecum-Family Court at Mancherial, for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.
3. Sri M,Narsimha, learned counsel representing Sri N. Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties have settled the subject matter of H.M.O.P.No'122 of 2018 outside of the Court and therefore, he intends to not-press this transfer petition.
