Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the questions/issues raised in the present writ petition are squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 04.09.2015 passed in W.P.No.13454 of 2015 and batch and this petition may also be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. The petition is dismissed in terms of the aforementioned judgment passed in the batch of writ petitions.
