HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2459 2017 ORDER:
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 17.07.2014, which reads as under:
"Pending disposal of the OA, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of School Assistant (Maths) as per his seniority, eligibility and if comes within the zone of consideration and pass appropriate orders as per rules within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order." 2.
Learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the interim order dated 17.07.2014, the respondent authorities had issued Rc.No.4629/B1/2014, dated 06.08.2014, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and further submits that the cause in the writ petition (TR) does not survive for further adjudication. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner and further submits that if the petitioner is aggrieved with the rejection order dated 06.08.2014, the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the rejection order, the petitioner may seek appropriate relief as available under law. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
