THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.120 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to withdraw Criminal Appeal No.32 of 2014 from the file of the District and Sessions Judge, Kadapa, and transfer the same to the file of the Criminal Courts, Nampally, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the appellate Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
