THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21145 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take steps to ensure that no auto trolleys and other vehicles dump garbage, and thereby occupy the 40' public road abutting Plot No.38, admeasuring 169 sq.yards situated in the MCH approved layout vide Permit No.310/98 known as Shanawaz Khan layout, Friends colony, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad.

Learned Government Pleader for Home on instructions dated 21.10.2019 would submit that the respondent police along with law and order police authorities of Malakpet visited the spot and removed the garbage auto trolleys and arranged a police picket to prevent encroachments/blocking of public roads at Friends colony. He also furnished few photographs which are said to have been taken on 22.10.2019 in the morning hours, after such removal. By placing on record the written instructions dated 21.10.2019 furnished by the Inspector of Police, Traffic P.S., Malakpet, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
