THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23413 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue a Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned order of the 5th respondent in passing impugned orders vide P.No.31/2014 and P.No.32 of 2014, dated 26.06.2014, on the ground that the lands i.e., Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.659-1, an extent of Ac.1.21 cents in Sy.No.909/1A, an extent of Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.659-4, an extent of Ac.1.21 cents in Sy.No.909/1B situated at Bodumallurvari Palle Revenue Village, Piler Mandal, Chittoor District are classified as AWD with DKT remarks as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register the documents (P.No.31/2014, P.No.32/2014) presented by the petitioner for registration for an extent of Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.659-1, an extent of Ac.1.

21 cents in Sy.No.909/1A, an extent of Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.659-4 and an extent of Ac.1.21 cents in Sy.No.909/1B situated at Bodumallurvari Palle Revenue Village, Piler Mandal, Chittoor District and to release the same and pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for the parties that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the Full Bench judgment of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajgopalachary v. State of Andhra Pradesh[1] and following the same, a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.30501 of 2014 and batch, dated 25.02.2016, considered similar issue and gave elaborate directions.

In view of the same, Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Full Bench judgment and order of Division Bench, dated 25.02.2016, in W.P.Nos.30501 of 2014 and batch for the reasons recorded therein. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
