Inasmuch as the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2019 seeking new electricity connection in respect of subject property, is stated to be pending with the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondent / competent authority, to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
