Heard the submissions of Smt. N. Sasikala, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, and of the learned Standing Counsel for Anantapur Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4, in all the Writ Petitions. Perused the material record. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel are in agreement that the issue involved in this batch of Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the order, dated 25.06.2018, passed in W.P.No.29420 of 2016. A copy of the afore-stated order is placed on record.

Having regard to the facts and submissions and for the reasons alike, as were mentioned in the afore-stated order, this batch of Writ Petitions is allowed in terms of the afore-stated order. 4.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 25.06.2018, passed in W.P.No.29420 of 2016 to this order. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
