This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.921 of 2014 from the file of the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transfer the same to VIII Additional District Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to be tried along with O.S.No.742 of 2013.

2. Heard both counsel.

3. Both the counsel in one voice submitted that the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.921 of 2014 is also one of the subject matters of the suit in O.S.No.742 of 2013 and both the suits have to be tried by one Court to avoid conflicting decisions.

In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, O.S.No.921 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad and transferred to VIII Additional District Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 5.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
