Since issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. Jaya Surya, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam as Full Additional Charge of the Chairman Cum Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Visakapatnam vide G.O.Rt No.

813 dated 25.9.2014. In view of the same, petitioners can make appropriate application praying for early adjudication of the disputes raised by them. It is needless to observe that as and when such applications are made, the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Visakapatnam shall consider such prayer and take up hearing of the Industrial Disputes as expeditiously as possible. Subject to above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
