This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent in not removing the structure constructed on the middle of the Road No.11, by encroaching public road, in front of the petitioner's Plot No.917 in Sai Iswarya Residency Colony in Sy.No.17, situated at Salarjung Kancha, Parvathapur Village, Peerzadigua, New Medchal-Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, by considering the representation dt.29.01.2019 and 04.05.2019. Since it is stated by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent that the respondent authorities have initiated action in pursuance to the interim order granted by this Court on 24.09.2019, in this writ petition, nothing survives for adjudication.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
