THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33229 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner fair price shop No.70, Kissan Nagar, Mypadu Road, Nellore City, SPSR Nellore District, even though his authorization is in force.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Pleader that the authorization of the petitioner was suspended. In view of the same, Sri V.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a comprehensive Writ Petition.

3. Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
