O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not registering the crime pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.05.2018, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Kazipet Police Station, Warangal, dated 6.6.2018 stating that on receipt of complaint, entry was made in the Station General Diary and on enquiry, it revealed that the disputed of the petitioner was purely civil in nature, hence no action was taken and that the same would be intimated to the petitioner shortly. Recording the above statement of the Sub Inspector of Police, Kazipet Police Station, Warangal in the written instructions, while directing the respondent No.3 to communicate the endorsement to the petitioner regarding result of enquiry, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him in law, to resolve the dispute.
