THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.26228 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.72 of 2017 on the file of Mudinepalli Police Station, Krishna District, against the petitioners, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 385, 506 r/w 34 IPC. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) reported that investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed on 29.06.2017 and the cause in this writ petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
