HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 105 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 03.1.2007 passed by the MACT cum II Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, in I.A.No. 311 of 2006 in O.S.No. 39 of 2006.

As seen from the record, the information pertaining to the status of the case revealed that O.S.No. 39 of 2006 was settled in Lok Adalat on 30.4.2007.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
