THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.9737 of 2006 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Both Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the subject matter of the present writ petition is covered by an order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 & batch dated 12.09.2012. Learned Government Pleader would, however, point out that, against the said order, the Gurukul Trust Board has carried the matter in appeal in SLP Civil CC.No.19015 of 2013 and, while issuing notice, the direction in the impugned judgment was stayed by the Supreme Court by its order dated 19.11.2013; and the SLP is still pending.

As both the counsel are in agreement that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch dated 12.09.2012, this Writ petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the aforesaid judgment of the Division Bench of this Court. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
