THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sarathkumar, Special Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 is present in-person along with her daughter Vennela Reddy. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 2nd respondent to produce respondent No.3 as well as the petitioner's daughter. The petitioner contended that the 3rd respondent is his wife; that she has been unlawfully detained by her parents; and that the petitioner's request to release the 3rd respondent and their child were not being acceded to by parents of the 3rd respondent. It is also alleged that the 3rd respondent's parents are insisting that the petitioner should part with his property as a condition precedent to send the petitioner's wife and the child.

The 3rd respondent and the child of petitioner have appeared in-person before this Court. The 3rd respondent has stated that she has gone voluntarily with her parents and she denied the allegations made by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Since the 3rd respondent has stated that she has gone voluntarily with her parents, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________________ M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO, J ________________ S.V.BHATT, J JANUARY 13, 2015 YVL THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT
