Chidambaram, learned counsel for the fourth respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for third respondent, state that the hotel of the fourth respondent has been closed for the past three years. The cause in the Writ Petition, therefore, does not survive, and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
