Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represents that charge sheet was filed and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.760 of 2016 by the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
