ORDER:

The petitioner, who entered into contracts with the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), for engaging manpower, is aggrieved by nonrelease of Provident Fund (P.F.), Employees State Insurance (E.S.I.) and service charges in respect of the individual workers engaged by it in connection with the said works of GHMC.

The petitioner pleaded that it has completed the contract works relating to the period 2011-13; that as respondent No.3 has not released the aforementioned amounts, it has made representations on 09.09.2015 and 28.09.2015 to the said respondent and that so far the amounts have not been released. Mr.Sapanth Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 12, submitted that the petitioner has to open individual E.S.I. and P.F. accounts and deposit amounts into the said accounts. He has further submitted that the case of the petitioner will be considered and duly replied by respondent No.3 within a reasonable time.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned standing counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45979 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 04th November, 2015 GHN
