Heard the counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for respondents.

The petitioners' grievance is that respondent nos.2 and 3 had merged Bodubanda Thanda and Bakkalachi Thanda, Mattampalli Mandal, Suryapet District in the newly constituted Kamanchikunta Thanka Gram Panchayat which is more than 2 K.M.s away from the said Thandas by deleting the said Thandas from Bheelyanaik Thanda Gram Panchayat.

The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondents, states that if the petitioners give a representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 they shall consider the same and communicate their decision to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make a representation to respondent nos.2 and 3 on the above issue; and within six (06) weeks of such receipt of representation, the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall communicate their decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
