THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.497 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner aggrieved by the order of the 3rd respondent dated 30-01-2016 filed appeal before the 2nd respondent. The petitioner prays for directions for disposal of the appeal filed by him. I have heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Forest.

Having regard to the limited grievance of petitioner, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. The petitioner is given liberty to submit a copy of this order before 2nd respondent and seek for expeditious disposal of the appeal. On such request being made by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass orders in the appeal within two months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
