HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.3260 of 2016 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus writ petition is filed by one Rishikesh Singh Baisa seeking production of Ms. Bhagavathi Chowdary, contending that she has been illegally detained by respondent No.4. He claims that he has married Bhagavathi Chowdary on 20.11.2014. In view of the order dated 5.2.2016, respondent No.4 with his wife and their daughter, Ms. Bhagavathi are present in the Court. We interacted with Ms. Bhagavathi. She is a Graduate and pursuing her M.B.A. When we interacted with her, we found her absolutely matured and confident girl, who flatly refused to go with the petitioner. She desires to continue to live with her parents and pursue her education. Petitioner is directed not to cause any harassment either to Bhagvathi or her parents, directly or indirectly.
In view thereof, this Habeas Corpus writ petition deserves to be dismissed.
Order accordingly.
