THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.29300 of 2009 ORDER:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the proceedings, dated 16.05.2009, issued by the third respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Endowments Department, Visakhapatnam, appointing the fourth respondent as Single Trustee to Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy etc., Group Temples, Midilapuri Madhurawada Village, Chinagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

It is mentioned in the impugned proceedings itself that the Single Trustee shall hold office for a period of two years. In view of the same, as on date, the cause does not survive for consideration in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 24th JULY, 2018.
