Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, representing Additional Advocate General, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.13116 of 2011. In the said writ petition, the Court directed to approve the pay fixation of the petitioners therein in the Pay Revision Commission, 2010 pay scales as per the notification issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.137, Finance (PC-I) Department, dated 28.04.2010.

Since both counsel state that the subject matter is covered, respondents herein are directed to extend the same benefit as directed in the above said writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed.
