04.04.2022 KS, J IA No.01 of 2022 This application is filed by the petitioner/ accused seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.P.No.7484 of 2021, dated 04.10.2021.

Heard both sides.

Learned cunsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the police concerned on every 2nd and 4th Saturday and hence, the said condition may be relaxed.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the petition. Having regard to the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and considering the fact that the petitioner/ accused is appearing before the police concerned as per the directions of this Court, the said condition is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner/ accused shall appear before the police concerned as and when required for the purpose of investigation, if any.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
