Heard learned counsel appearing for respective parties and with their consent this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
Petitioner is an employee in Singareni Colleries Company Limited. His grievance is that he has been suffering with various ailments. He had acute myocardial infraction. Earlier he had undergone bypass surgery and he had also serious problem with two legs. His left leg was amputated. In view of his physical condition and health problems, petitioner submitted representations to declare him as 'Medically Unfit' and to grant all consequential benefits. Petitioner also requested to treat the entire period when he was undergoing treatment, as on duty. Petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 18.8.2015 and several other representations were made later and the latest representation is on 5.7.2016. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no orders are passed on the said representations causing lot of hardship to him. It is stated that the petitioner is presently on sick list.

Having regard to the present health condition of the petitioner, as claimed by him, and the fact that the petitioner has made several representations, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the General Manager, Singareni Collieries Company Limited (3rd respondent) to
PNR,J W.P.NO. 2800 OF 2017 consider the request made by the petitioner in various representations with reference to benefits claimed by him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
