V. Narayana, v. Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 27829 OF 2012 ORDER:
The petitioner substantially complains against the inaction in disposing of representation, dated 18.07.2012, made to cancel the deed of conveyance, dated 11.07.2011.
Sri B. Vijaysen Reddy appearing for petitioner, having regard to the orders of regularization in favour of 3rd respondent, fairly states that the petitioner has to work out his grievances in a comprehensive writ petition/proceeding/suit instead of working out the prayer for inaction. I have perused the material available on record. I am satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedy available against the grievance of execution of deed, dated 11.07.2011, or order of regularization by respondent Nos.1 and 2 by filing a suit/writ. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. _____________________ S.V. BHATT, J Date: 08.08.2016 ES
