No representation for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.1 to 3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntakal, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.293 of 2015 and stood posted to 23.01.2017 previously for examination of L.Ws.1 and 2 on behalf of the prosecution and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
