Petitioner had made an application through online on 18.01.2018 in Form 6A by paying requisite charges for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book & title deeds and also made an application on 21.05.2018 to the 2nd respondent, which was forwarded to the Tahasildar Office, Manopad-4th respondent, and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said applications of the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the said applications of the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of, and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
