THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN TRANSFER C.M.P. No.706 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking withdrawal and transfer of O.S.No.143 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, to any other Court in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad in Hyderabad District or Ranga Reddy District.

As is noted from the orders minuted on 01.07.2015, 19.08.2015 and 10.09.2015, the parties are yet to specify this Court whether the suit O.S.No.143 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, is pending at all. In spite of repeated orders, the petitioner does not show any evidence that the said suit continues to be on board on any trial Court though the respondents have clearly stated that the suit was dismissed for non-prosecution. The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not appear. There is no reason for keeping this petition on board for further consideration.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly dismissed.
