Sri A. Rajashekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to reserve the right of the petitioner to file appropriate case including Company Petition afresh in accordance with law, by filing Comp.A.No.1808 of 2015. Recording the said submission, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file Company Petition afresh in accordance with law. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
