HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.20890 OF 2019 ORDER:

According to the petitioners, as per the scheme formulated by Telangana State Power Generation Corporation Limited in T.G.O.O.No.216/CGM(HR)/2017, dated 29.07.2017, they are eligible for absorption, but so far absorption is not granted to them. 2.

According to learned counsel for petitioners, petitioners have fulfilled all the requirements for granting absorption and several thousands of persons were granted absorption, but petitioners were ignored. While contending that petitioners are not considered even though they fulfilled the requirements, as can be seen from the material on record, they have not ventilated their grievance against non-consideration, and straightaway Writ Petition is filed. Learned counsel for petitioners sought to rely on the earlier directions of this Court, where liberty was granted to make a representation. However, there is no explanation as to why petitioners have not made representation ventilating their grievances as sought to be ventilated in this Writ Petition and inviting a decision from the competent authority, but straightaway invoked the jurisdiction of this Court. This Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition on this ground.

3.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. It is open to petitioners to work out their remedies on the allegation of their non-consideration even though they have fulfilled the requirements of the scheme. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Date: 24.09.2019 kkm
