CVNR, J & DVSS, J LAAS 444/2007 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of judgment and decree dt.09.02.2007 in L.A.O.P. No.87 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, whereby she has rejected the claim of the appellants for enhancement of compensation. Today, by a separate judgment passed by us in W.A. No.2163 of 1998 we have declared that the Award which is the subject matter of the present appeal is nonest in law and directed the State to initiate fresh land acquisition proceedings. As a consequence of the same, this appeal does not survive for adjudication and the same is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
