Smt. V. Sujatha, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that this Court while admitting the writ petition, by order dated 07.08.2014 in WPMP.No.28327 of 2014, directed the 2nd respondent to look into the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders and that subsequently, there is no information from the writ petitioner as to the compliance of the said direction. She would also submit that in view of the long lapse of time since the date of the institution of the writ petition, the issue involved has become stale and that therefore, no adjudication is necessary and the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall also stand dismissed.
