This contempt is filed alleging that the directions issued by this Court on 26.12.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.26821 of 2019 are not complied.

This Court directed respondents 1 to 5 to take action on the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.02.2019 in accordance with law.

In paragraph Nos.7 to 9 the deponent to the counter affidavit of the 1st respondent explains the steps taken in due consideration of the representation on the allegations made in the said representation. 4.

From a reading of these averments, it cannot be said anymore that the 1st respondent was negligent in complying with the directions of this Court and not acting upon the representation made by the petitioner. In fact petitioner is the resident of Rampalli Dayara Village and he is no way concerned with the lay out made by the persons against whom he filed complaint.

For the above stated reasons, it cannot be said that the respondents have committed contempt of the orders of this court. 6.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
