THE HON'BLE DT. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CIVII. REVISION PETITION No.1415 OF 2022 ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the docket order, dated L2.06.2022, passed in F.C.O.P.No.746 of 2019 by the learned Princlpal District Judge - cum - Family Court, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Malkajgiri, to the extent of adjourning the case to 21.70.2022..

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
3. In spite of service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel For the petitioner would submit that the evidence on behalf of the petitioner is partially completed. The petitioner along with her child intends to move to Canada and requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose oF the subject F.C.O. P., expeditiously.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Principal District Judge-cum-Family Court, Medchal-Malkajgiri District at Malkajgiri, is directed to dispose of the subject F.C.O.P.No.746 of 2019, pending on its file, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
