The petitioners are defendants in O.S.No.30 of 2004 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam. The respondent herein filed the said suit for permanent injunction in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.02 cents in Survey No.28/4, Sangivalasa, Valandapeta village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. The evidence of the plaintiff was completed and at the time of evidence of the defendant, the defendant filed I.A.No.101 of 2015 under Order 8 Rule 1 (3-A) of CPC to receive certain documents. The trial Court allowed four documents and rejected the sale deed dated 27-07-2001 and rectification deed dated 23-122002 on the ground that they were Xerox copies. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready with the originals and wants to file the original documents.

In spite of service of notice to the respondent, none

appeared for the respondent. In the circumstances, the petitioners are permitted to file original sale deed dated 27-07-2001 and rectification deed dated 23-12-2002 at the time of their evidence along with other documents allowed in I.A.No.101 of 2015 dated 0805-2015. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. However, since the suit is of the year 2004, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam shall make every endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, on or before 3103-2016. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
