Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Petitioner in this Writ Petition has questioned Additional Charge Memo dt.23-07-2016 issued by the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Although several contentions were raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this regard, having regard to the fact that the allegations made against the petitioner require an enquiry and since it is not the case of the petitioner that respondent Nos.2 and 3 do not have any jurisdiction to issue such charge memo, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions open to him by way of explanation to the said Additional Charge Memo which shall be submitted within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the respondent Nos.2 and 3. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
