When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 23.02.2012, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Sri C.Buchi Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 23.02.2012. No order as to costs.
