ORDER

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appeared for the petitioners. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation contended that similar issue fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.31454 of 2011 and batch, and this Court vide common order dated 9.4.2018 disposed of the same. The operative portion of the said common order reads as under:

"This Court while granting the interim order has further stated that the liability of petitioners is subject to further orders in this behalf. This Court with a view to ameliorating the hardship to some extent, grants three soft instalments starting from 30.06.2018 and ending with 31.08.2018. The petitioners, if pay licence fee in three instalments, the respondent-Corporation is directed not to consider collecting interest from the petitioners, for delayed payment. In default of the payment, the respondentCorporation is free to recover licence fee in accordance with law."

Following the said common order dated 9.4.2018 in W.P.No.31454 of 2011 and batch, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
