Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the proceedings dt.22.02.2016 suspending the petitioner pending disciplinary proceedings.

Admittedly, subsequently a charge memo was issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent on 13.07.2016 leveling certain charges against the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had submitted explanation to the said charge memo on 30.07.2016. 5.
Since the petitioner is not questioning the jurisdiction of the 2nd respondent to place him under suspension pending enquiry and since the charge memo has already been issued to the petitioner, to which the petitioner has already given explanation, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the enquiry into the charges leveled against the petitioner, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this orders, after complying with the applicable rules and principles of natural justice. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
